This is one of our dinner rotation. Sausage linguine pasta.
Low calories (595/plate) with vegetables, and less than $2 each plate. Very yummy. Hope you like if give it a try. I made it in like 25 minutes so not bad to cook for family at all.

Ingredients:
- 3 Roma/medium tomatoes
- some parsley - for garnishing
- 1 medium/large onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 TBS (30 mL) Olive oil
- 6 oz (170g) linguine pasta
- 8-10 oz (226-284g) Italian chicken/pork sausage
- 1 1/2 cup (350 mL) pasta liquid
- 2 TBS (30 mL) tomato paste
- 1/4 tsp (1.5g) salt
- 1/4 tsp (0.6g) pepper
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) sour cream
- 2 TBS (12g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 TBS (28.5g) butter
- salt & pepper to taste
