Egg Puff Pastry

Boiled eggs along with spicy onion tomato masala stuffed into pastry dough and baked to perfection to make these delicious egg puffs.
Ingredients:
* Oil - 1 tbsp.
* Onion - 1 cup
* Tomato - 1/2 cup
* Maggi Masala - 1 tsp
* Water - 1 tbsp. (if needed)
* Chili Powder - 1 tsp or to taste
* Puff Pastry Sheet - 1
* Cheese of any type (Mozzarella, parmesan, processed) as needed
* Oregano as required
* Egg - 4
* Chat Masala - 1 tsp
* Beaten Egg - 1 (for brushing)
* Sesame Seed as needed
Steps:
*Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and sauté well for 4 mins.
*Add tomato, Maggi masala and mix well.
*Add a little bit of water and sauté until well combined.
*Add chili powder and sauté for 5 mins
The stuffing for the filling is ready. Set aside.
*Take a pastry sheet and cut it into 9 square pieces.
*Spread some flour on the board.
*Take the square pastry sheet and place one spoonful of stuffing in the center of each sheet.
*Sprinkle any kind of cheese and oregano on the top of the stuffing.
*Place one piece of halving egg on the stuffing upside down in the middle.
* Sprinkle some chat masala on the top of the egg.
*Use water or egg to seal the pastry
* Line a butter paper on a baking tray and place it on the tray. Apply the beaten egg. Bake it at 350°F/180°C for 30 minutes or till the top turns golden.
