I live alone. I hate cooking more than anything tbh. I'm all about frozen/canned foods and stuff I can pop into the oven/microwave or easily pan fry. I hate handling raw meat. I'm not really on a strict diet, nor am I picky. I just need more easily accessible protein.
Carbs, fiber & fat are easy. But with protein I either have to fuss with raw chicken or eat ridiculously salty frozen meat. Is there some easy, frozen/shelf-stable/pre-cooked form of protein that's not ridiculously high in salt and hormones and antibiotics and other unhealthy crap? Or am I asking for too much? TIA.
