Easy Gochujang Sesame Broccoli

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cup broccoli crowns 
  • 1 tbsp gochujang sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced 
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together gochujang sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place broccoli crowns in a large bowl and add the sauce. Toss to combine.
  4. Transfer broccoli to a sheet pan and roast for 20-30 minutes until crispy.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds.
