OVEN BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH RAISINS - quick and healthy recipe

500 g of Brussels sprouts

50 g of butter

50 g of raisins

1 spoon of lemon juice

pink pepper

salt

Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Peel the top leaves of the Brussels sprouts and put them in a mold. Add 50 g of raisins. Add 1 spoon of lemon juice, salt and add pink pepper. Mix and put 50 g of butter, which you have cut into pieces previously.

Bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Brussels sprouts should be cooked to al dente, that is, slightly crunchy. If you overdo it, it will lose the color and taste that we need.
