Teriyaki Rice Bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 4 ounces chicken, cut into small cubes
- 4 ounces beef, cut into small cubes
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
Instructions:

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken and beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil and stir to combine.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
