I would like to try and make meatloaf like my mom used to make (simple from what I remember) but most recipes that I find have all kinds of things I do not have in my kitchen. From what I can remember, she used egg(s), saltine crackers and hamburger and probably some kind of spices or Worchester sauce or something but I don't know for sure. I think it was fairly basic though. Anyone have anything like that?
