Grilled Salmon with Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 bunches of asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of freshly chopped parsley

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Place salmon onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place asparagus onto a separate baking sheet and spread evenly. Melt butter and pour over asparagus. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake salmon and asparagus for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and asparagus is tender.
  5. Serve salmon and asparagus together with a sprinkle of freshly chopped parsley. Enjoy!
