I love when a recipe has time between steps that's enough time to actually clean up as I go, so it's not a huge mess when I'm done. Recipes that has a waiting period for the last step are also great for cleaning up before eating.
Not looking for just 'one pot' type recipes, but more stuff that's just easy to clean up, regardless of how many pans I have going.
