What are super healthy but tasty things I can make in under 3-5 minutes to use in my toaster oven and make minimal mess and requires minimal ingredients? The oven time can be 10-20 minutes.
The tutorials online aren't made for someone as lazy as me. I want something super healthy (not processed and just maximal benefits) that I can make in 3-5 minutes max or less, doesn't make much of a mess, doesn't need to many ingredients but is still tasty. Any ideas?
As an example, I was considering sweet potato fries by using one sweet potato, one spice or two, a half-spoon of cooking oil. I'd cut the potato with the skin, mix it with the spice and olive oil for like a minute in the same plate, then shove that potato in the oven and dip for like 10 minutes.
The healthier and faster to make, with the less ingredients needed, the better.
