Meal ideas using a combination of potato, carrot, bell pepper, chilli pepper, courgette (zucchini), lemon and lime?
Hi all! I got one of those wonky veg boxes and now I’m wondering what meals to actually make out of the above! Does anyone have any ideas for some meals that uses the above, so I can try and use it all up over the next few days? I’m not vegetarian however I’m not a big meat eater so veggie recipes preferred!
