A refreshing glass of milk yogurt for hot days

This is a recipe from my village where farmers drink this to refresh after a hard summer noon.

Ingredients:
* Sugar - Brown is preferred, white also works
* 3/4 Cold glass of milk
* 1/4 Yogurt
* Banana (optional)
* Cream (optional)

Recipe:
It's pretty simple. Just put all the ingredients in a glass and mix them.

I like to slice a banana into thick chunks and add it to the mix. The sweetness of the banana complements acidity of the yogurt pretty well. For cutting banana I don't use a knife. Just break it by hand, saves more time. And if you want the flavour to be more rich then adding a teaspoon or two of cream does the trick.
