3.) Super Thick Pork Chop
2.) Brine to marinade pork chop:
60 grams Salt
300 grams water
SiChuan Peppers
Bay Leaves
Herbs/Spices (Rosemary, etc)
Instructions:
1.) Mix all ingredients for brine together.
2.) Add pork to brine in a ziplock bag.
3.) Marinade in fridge overnight at LEAST
4.) After marinate, remove and pan sear for 15-20 minutes depending on your level of preference for done-ness!
