No-knead stuffed focaccia ready in just a few hours | It melts in your mouth instantly

INGREDIENTS

500 g strong flour (W300, 12 g protein)

12 g fresh yeast

125 g lukewarm milk

250 g lukewarm water

60 g EVOO

1 tsp sugar

2 tsp salt

Additional EVOO, water and coarse salt for the topping before baking

Cheese for the filling to taste

Ingredients for the topping according to preferences

Preheated conventional oven, 180°C- 350°F for 30-35 minutes + 5 minutes of grill mode or convection mode.
