Healthy Spiced Greek Yogurt Dip with Assorted Vegetables

Mix the following ingredients together:

16 oz container of low fat or non-fat Greek yogurt, 2-3 Tablespoons fresh lime juice, 2 Tablespoons olive oil, 1 Tablespoon Tahini, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1 finely chopped garlic clove (or 1/2 teaspoon dried garlic pieces), and 3 heaping Tablespoons of your choice of fresh, finely chopped cilantro, parsley, or chives. (The olive oil and lime juice make the dip a little more spreadable). I dip various veggies in it like precut carrot chips, and I slice up celery sticks, cucumber, or cauliflower.

Very easy, and the flavor is amazing.
