what do i do with lots of fruit?

i want to eat fruit and dont see much protein stuff aside from raw means which dad cooks cuz im new to that and not into touching meat, we dont have any yogert and idk what to do for a healthy brakfast with this fruit and without just getting a sugar crash if i just down only fruit, of does that not happen with fruits cuz its natural sugar? im rusty with food stuuf ><
