EGG BHURJI

INGREDIENTS:

Eggs 4 nos.

Onions 1 finely chopped

Tomatoes 1 chopped

Green Chilies 1 slit

Oil 2 tbsp

Red chili powder 1 tsp

Salt as per taste

Coriander Leaves 1/2 cup

METHOD:

Serving Size 2

In a large bowl whisk the eggs using a fork and keep aside.

Heat oil in a large pan and add the onions and green chili and sauté them till the onions turn golden brown.

Then add the tomatoes and the spices and mix well. Add the whisked egg mixture.

Keep stirring the eggs until they are scrambled well.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
