SPINACH AND PRAWNS CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS:

Prawns cleaned and deveined 10-15 nos.

Spinach 250 gram washed.

Salt as per taste

Oil 2tbsp

Chilies 1-2nos.

Garlic cloves 6-8 crushed

METHOD:

Serving Size: 3-4

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and stir-fry the garlic and chilies. Next add the prawns and fry lightly. keep aside.

In the same pan heat the rest of the oil and spinach and spinach until the spinach is cooked. Add the prawns and salt and mix well. Let the spinach and prawns cool down.

In a blender jar add this mixture and grind to a smooth paste.

Serve with steamed rice.
