SPRING ONION RICE

INGREDIENTS:

Spring onions 1 bunch chopped

Cooked rice 2 cups

Capsicum chopped 1 no.

Green peas 1/4th cup

Onion chopped 1 no

Garlic 10-12 chopped

Oil 2tbsp

Butter 1tbsp

Salt to taste

Pepper powder 1tsp

METHOD:

Serving Size: 3-4

Heat oil and butter in a pan Add garlic and onions. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add the capsicum, peas and spring onions. Cook for 5 minutes. Add salt to the vegetables.

Add rice and pepper powder. Toss well and give it a good mix.

Remove from heat and garnish with spring onions. Serve hot.
