Hi! I’m a college student and my dining hall is quite horrendous so I’m looking for easy things I can make on my own whenever possible.
The problem is I only have half a mini-fridge and a microwave so it limits my options. (I’m also lactose intolerant [but can have butter and chocolate]).
The main issue is the fridge because I can’t store many ingredients. Plus, since it’s just me eating it, recipes with too many ingredients where only a little of an ingredient is used leads to ingredients going bad before I can use them up.
Any ideas for low-ingredient, microwave-only, preferably healthful food ideas? Either meals or snacks— any ideas help!
