Lemony Pasta salad

I got a half price Easter ham at Aldi and now I’m trying to come up with the best ways to use it. I’m thinking of doing a pasta salad with diced ham and one recipe I saw used some lemon in the dressing. I’m wondering if I could add sone concentrated lemon juice to the water when cooking the pasta to get more of that lemon flavor into it.

Does anyone have a recipe like that? Or have you ever tried such a thing?
