Hi everyone,
I’ve been trying to cook myself dinner more frequently. Problem is I always forget to defrost my meat so often I find myself having to use either spam, or half defrosted meatballs or eggs as my pain protein source. This means my diet has been a combination of pasta with sauce and meatballs, or rice with spam and honestly I need some variation.
What are some easy recipes for dinner that don’t include either of these?
