hi i usually eat one frozen breakfast burrito in the office for breakfast. i want to eat healthier though and i need quick recipes that i can make with just a fridge and microwave/toaster oven (no overnight prep or prep longer than 10 mins)
one idea i had was avocado bread w cottage cheese and chili flakes. i can eat the same thing for at least a month. any suggestions???
i love eggs and fruit and bacon/meat as well as tomatoes onions garlic bread
i really only dislike vegetables like cucumber pickles and lamb
