Easy chicken recipe please

Hello. I have been on a weight loss journey and have gone into a 5 year stall. Found out I need a massive amount of protein and low fat (less than 100g) a day to break the stall. Problem is, lean beef is very expensive here but chicken isnt.

But, I dont like chicken much unless it's deep fried. I'm looking for some recipes that are very easy to make every day with not too many ingredients. Something where I can just toss everything into an air fryer, crock pot or dutch oven and thats it.

Please, no comments on my weight loss, or your opinion on how to end the stall. In 5 years, I've already tried everything and this is the only thing to work.
