Does anyone cook fish skin especially hake or pike , I like to cook it especially in batter and sometimes I like it really crispy but I prefer it soaked in vinegar so it’s really moist and soft. Does anyone else like this or cook this, I’m looking for new recipes, or spices to add, I’m thinking of a sweet taste next. Thanks.
