I struggle to feed myself properly lately, due to time constraints but also I have executive dysfunction. I usually cook better when I plan something ahead of time instead of daily. 😰 I was suggested to list what I have on hand and see what I can make, but still not sure rn.
Here's my list I have of what I got on hand: Canned Pumpkin Canned Corn Tuna Beans Frozen Veggies Canned Spinach Cabbage Quick Oats Sweet Potato Leek
It's not much and I definitely have to go grocery shopping for more protein items, but I hope any suggestions could help me. ðŸ˜
