Guys i experimented on protein balls and was surprised on how good it tasted like! Try it out!
Mix everything I listed out in the ingredients in a big bowl and shape it into balls. Put it in the freezer for at least 3 hours, i swear its gonna taste like snickers.
PS. If you don't want to get your hands dirty, use a piping bag and shape it in ice trays. The filling tends to stick to your hand cuz its warm, if its warm u cant shape it into balls.
Ingredients
- Whey Protein (vanilla/salted caramel (two scoops)
- Full Cream Milk + Water (50-50)
- Instant Coffee (2 table spoons)
- Corn starch/ flour (optional; only if its not thickening)
- Salt
-Pitted dates (optional for texture)
-crushed peanuts/ sesame seeds for texture
