Looking for your most easy and tasty recipes (bad at cooking)

So I've been on my health and "cooking" journey, i'm still quite bad at cooking but gradually learning simple recipes.

What's your go-to when you come back from work and need something quick?

Any ingredients I should always have so I can prepare easy dishes from my pantry staples?

Forgot to mention i'm looking for protein heavy meals since i'm going to the gym 3-4 times a week.
